Applicable Law
Our site is operated and controlled in England. The relationship between us and all matters connected with the site and any order are governed by English Law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with our relationship the site and any order or contract between us.

Contract
The present Terms and Conditions are incorporated in all contracts of sale between you and East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd. We are a VAT registered company.

Price
All prices and delivery costs displayed on the website are quoted in pounds Sterling. We make every effort to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate.
All prices stated do not include VAT or delivery charges. These are calculated and added on at the time of placing your order.

Payment
Payment may be made in Pounds Sterling using your MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, Switch or American Express card or through your PayPal account. The holder of the credit or debit card which is used for the payment of goods purchased is fully liable for all sums charged. Completing the payment information and submitting the order implies authority to debit the relevant card or payment through PayPal as appropriate. East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd will take every care to keep your order and payment details secure. Payment for the order using a credit or debit card is done using a secure (encrypted) link to the leading Internet credit card payment agency.

Delivery

All of our items are sent with a courier on a fully trackable service. Every delivery will require a signature. Delivery of goods to mainland England, Wales, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man will usually be made the next working day following the order being placed on our website. Deliveries to Scotland will usually take 1-3 working days. Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland deliveries will usually take 2-5 working days. Deliveries to Europe will usually take 2-5 working days. The rest of the world deliveries will take 3-10 working days.

Title and Risk
The goods ordered by you shall remain with East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd until full payment in cleared funds for the price of the goods and all ancillary costs has been received. Upon dispatch of goods, East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd will no longer be held responsible for the goods. Responsibility will then lie with the courier and any resulting claims shall be made through them.

Availability
All goods featured on our website are subject to availability and East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd reserves the right to withdraw certain goods at any time without notice. If we are unable to fulfill an order (in whole or in part) we will advise you of this by e-mail or telephone; you will then be given the opportunity to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to dispatch the available part of your order and to deliver the balance of said order at a later date (with no further delivery charges). East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd reserves the right to discontinue supplies of goods featured on our website at any time and excludes all liability in respect of any claim whatsoever arising therefrom.

Formation of Contract
An order submitted by you via our website is deemed to be an offer to purchase goods from East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd. This will form the basis of a contract between you and East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd. We may, at any time prior to dispatch of the goods, decline to accept your order for any reason. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This e-mail is only intended to confirm receipt of your order and is not intended to constitute acceptance of your order by East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd.

Claims
Claims for breakages or other damage should be made on by telephoning us on 01233 500280 and/or by email within 48 hours of receipt. Wherever possible send photographs of the damaged item with your email.

Returns & Exchanges

If you should not be fully satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel your order by giving written notice to us (by e-mail or post) at the address given below at any time from placing your order and 14 working days from receipt of the goods. In such cases we will make a full refund to the value of the goods within 14 days from the date of cancellation and the receipt of the goods from you if applicable, excluding any special order items. The cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by you. On such cancellations, East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd shall accept such goods only if they are returned to us in the same condition as the original delivered goods. . Please return your invoice with your order giving full reasons for the return. If you don't have your invoice, please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package so that we can trace your order history. Please address your returns to the address given below. Please note: This does not affect your statutory rights. Shipping/postage and packing charges are non-refundable.

Force Majeure
East Kent Trim Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or default in the execution of its obligations in the case of any event outside its control including but not limited to: natural disasters, bad or inclement weather, fires, explosions, floods, failure or delay of third party suppliers, computer or software errors, national or local strikes or stoppages, accidents, riots or civil uprisings.
